Provincial Nominee Programs
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
Three program streams built around Manitoba connection
MPNP serves skilled workers, Manitoba graduates and qualifying business investors through distinct pathways and EOI selection.
Program overview
Manitoba organizes its nominee program into the Skilled Worker Stream, International Education Stream and Business Investor Stream. Each uses different evidence of Manitoba connection, employment, education or business capacity.
A valid EOI does not guarantee selection. Manitoba draws and recruitment initiatives may target specific connections, occupations or strategic priorities.

Assess your Manitoba nomination options
A province should be selected because your employment, experience, community connection or business plan genuinely fits—not simply because a stream appears easier.
