Allan Tsz Lun Chan is the President and Founder of CanLink Consulting Inc. and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Since establishing CanLink in 2009, Canadian immigration has remained the central focus of his professional practice. Across 17+ years, Allan and CanLink have helped thousands of families navigate Canadian immigration pathways with clearer options, organized preparation and responsible guidance. He also advises individuals, professionals and entrepreneurs pursuing opportunities in Canada.
Alongside his immigration leadership, Allan is a REALTOR® and Real Estate Specialist with Macdonald Realty Westmar, where he has practised since 2011. Across more than 14 years in real estate, he has represented more than 500 clients in residential and commercial transactions throughout Greater Vancouver and has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Top Producer at the brokerage.
Before founding CanLink, Allan spent eight years as a Sales Manager in telecommunications, building expertise in business development, negotiation, client acquisition and cross-cultural marketing. That experience supports a professional network spanning Mainland China, East and Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Allan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, he bridges cultural and linguistic gaps when serving a global clientele. Beyond his regulated immigration consulting and real estate practices, Allan is an entrepreneur involved in business operations in the health and technology sectors.
