How to use this directory
Every province and territory controls its own streams, invitations and annual nomination space. The pages below summarize the current program families without copying government manuals or implying that every listed stream is continuously open.
Start with the province connected to your employment, education, family, community or business plan. Then review the detailed page and obtain a case-specific assessment before filing an EOI, accepting a job offer or committing investment.

Western Canada
Major worker, Express Entry, graduate, rural and business pathways.
British Columbia
The BC PNP now operates through a smaller, more selective worker framework and three entrepreneur or corporate business pathways.

A Simple Decision Process
Keep the strategy focused
Start with a genuine province
Employment, education, family, community or business evidence should support the intention to settle there.
Match the correct stream family
Separate Express Entry, employer-driven, graduate, rural and entrepreneur requirements before scoring the case.
Confirm current intake
A listed stream may use invitations, caps, EOI windows or temporary pauses. Check the filing date, not an old article.
Important Distinctions
Not every regional program is a PNP
Quebec selects immigrants under its own federal–provincial framework, and Nunavut does not have a nominee program. The Atlantic Immigration Program, Rural Community Immigration Pilot and Francophone Community Immigration Pilot are federal regional pathways and should be presented separately.
